Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with us. By confirming a quote or making payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Custom Orders

All products are handcrafted and made-to-order based on your specifications. Please review your quote or design documents thoroughly before approval. Changes made after confirmation may incur additional charges and impact the delivery timeline.

2. Natural Wood Disclaimer

Our products are made using solid, natural wood — each piece is unique.

– Variation: Natural timber varies in colour, grain, and tone. These variations are not defects but are inherent characteristics of real wood.
– Movement & Cracking: Wood expands and contracts with humidity and temperature changes. Small cracks, surface checking, or slight warping may occur — particularly if exposed to direct sun, rain, or improperly ventilated environments.
– Responsibility: We cannot be held liable for damage due to improper care, including exposure to excessive moisture, heat, or direct sunlight after delivery.

3. Lead Times

Our standard production lead time is typically 4-5 weeks from deposit confirmation. This may vary depending on order complexity and current workshop schedule. We will inform you of any delays.

4. Payment & Deposits

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin production. The balance is due before delivery or collection.

Failure to pay the balance within 7 days of completion may result in storage charges or forfeiture of the order.

5. Design Revisions

Up to two minor revisions are included in the design process before production begins. Additional revisions, material changes, or dimensional alterations after confirmation may be billed at our discretion.

6. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before production begins, subject to loss of deposit. Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted. Any approved changes mid-production will incur variation fees and may delay the delivery date.

7. Delivery & Collection

We offer delivery within [Insert Service Area] at an additional charge. If you arrange your own collection, please ensure suitable transport and lifting assistance. We take care to package items securely but are not responsible for damage caused in transit by third-party couriers.

8. Product Care

To extend the life of your furniture:
– Keep indoors or under cover
– Avoid direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme heat
– Clean with a damp cloth – avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives

A maintenance guide can be provided on request.

9. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, making payment, or approving a quote, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
