We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Form & Grain. Please review our refund and return policy carefully. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:<\/p>\n
All of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order. As such, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom pieces once production has started.<\/p>\n
Please ensure that all dimensions, finishes, and design specifications are correct before confirming your order.<\/p>\n
For non-custom or stock items, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.<\/p>\n
We will assess the claim and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the extent of the damage. Items must be inspected upon delivery and noted before the courier departs, if applicable.<\/p>\n
Due to the use of solid, natural timber, each item will have unique grain patterns, tones, and potential minor movement (e.g. hairline cracks, slight cupping). These are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.<\/p>\n
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7\u201314 working days.<\/p>\n
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at: hello@formandgrain.co.za.<\/p>\n
If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet:

\n– Contact your credit card company or bank (processing time may vary)
